Terms of Service at Equivision LLC
Revision Policy
- Equivision, LLC guarantees you unlimited revisions according to your selected design packages.
- Customers can ask for revisions as per the package and no additional fee will be charged, but the design and concept will remain the same.
- The revision turnaround time would be 72 hours (3 days) for the Basic package, 120 hours (5 days) for Professional package and 168 hours (7 days) for Premium package.
Refund Policy
- Equivision, LLC ensures 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free Revision Policy which enables you to improve on your initial design brief free of charge through your account area.
- In case of any dissatisfaction with any design services provided by Equivision, LLC you can submit a refund request within five days of your initial design’s completion.
- However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of initial designs delivery.
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

- If request for refund is made before the order delivery, you would be eligible for a Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- All refund requests should be communicated to Equivision, LLC reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis.
- After the refund, you will no longer have design rights. Equivision, LLC would obtain the design rights and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by Equivision, LLC.
Quality Assurance Policy
- In order to provide you with a high level of service and customer satisfaction, we deliver according to the client’s specifications and needs.
- The designs created are after thorough research and analysis that ensure that the design quality and uniqueness is maintained throughout.
Copyrights & Trademarks
- The client retains full ownership of the logos, the drafts and all related materials.
- The Website retains the right to use the logos solely for promotional purposes, including as part of our portfolio, and should under no circumstances sell, or use for profit unless explicitly authorized by the client.
Record Maintenance
- We keep a record of your finalized design once we provide you the final files.
- If you require the final files again in the future we can send them to you at your request.
- The data will be maintained for a period of 6 months, after which the files will be permanently deleted.
Communication Policy
- You agree that Equivision, LLC is not liable for any correspondence from email address (es) other than the ones followed by our own domain.
- Equivision, LLC should not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence. We only take responsibility of any communication through email address (es) under our own domain name.
